Major Donor Event Collateral
Description
The President’s Forum is a major donor event, in need of exquisite pieces to properly communicate with its audience for the goal of raising a great amount of funds for the nonprofit organization. The concept, which I had the pleasure of developing along with the Communications director, event coordinator and graphic design peer, was about the transformation of lives. The imagery was that of the people we serve in the destitute places they live, the tools that an architect and landscaper use, and the green, lush results that efforts produce.
The invitation to this event is a 7"x7" double gate fold piece that goes out in a mailer envelope, with ancillaries—response card and BRE. Stationery pieces—letterhead & A7— were also used as part of the campaign, decked out with imagery consistent with overall theme.
My original photography (young Ethiopian girl in purple + other outreach photos), other photographers' work, stock photography, and vector art created from ink stamps were used throughout the pieces. The invitation and ancillaries were designed by me, while the brochure, folder with sown in pages, and posters were designed by my design team, based on the established theme and cornerstone invitation piece developed under my direction and advice on such things as event graphics/signage and table decor to further illustrate the theme.
