A relaxed, inspired and deeply meaningful weekend gathering was planned and used for ministry fund-raising efforts. My job was to communicate the beauty, relaxation, and worthwhile event that awaited our guests via the photos, the copy, the colors, and overall design for the pieces that would land in the hands of the ministry’s invited guests.

The invitation to this event is a 7"x7" double gate fold piece that goes out in a mailer envelope, with ancillaries—a letter, response card and BRE. Invitation used high gloss spot UV and a double hit of metallic gold PMS to make items pop, glam it up, and provide depth and texture for visual interest. Invitation was highly successful in drawing donors to attend the event and pledge support to the ministry.
